Project Planning

A project requires good support and is divided into several phases. We regularly discuss the planning with the team and break it down into steps. So we can take away complexity and give it some control. Each phase ends at a milestone, the so-called decision point, which is then incorporated into the next phase. The design is always the starting point for our project planning.
