Our due diligence framework includes:

  • Preventive measures: integration of ethical standards in contracts, supplier evaluations, and project management.
  • Monitoring and review: annual due diligence reviews aligned with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
  • Grievance mechanism: we welcome reports of any violations or concerns via compliance@bergx2.de.

This policy is in line with the evolving EU corporate sustainability due diligence directive. As our company scales, we will continue to evolve our framework accordingly
