1998
  • Unit 1: Foundation as a technical IT and hosting service company in Munich.

2008
  • Unit 2: Foundation of a consulting division for internet companies.

2011
  • Extension of scope and positioning as a full service internet agency.

2012
  • A spin-off of the hosting business of the previous euhost.com company.

2013
  • Reorganisation and establishment of a web and mobile development area as Bergx2 GmbH.
  • Strategic expansion of the consultant team to SEO and digital marketing experts.
  • Opening of new offices at the locations of Nuremberg and Wuppertal.

2014
  • Beginning of the „Boatopoly“ initiative; international boat- und yachtportal as marketplace.
  • Opening of a new modern development and customer office in central Munich.

2015
  • Sale doubling to EUR 2,5 m since 2012 and continually profitable.

2016
  • Co-founding and relaunch of the consumer and passenger rights portal Refundster.com GmbH.

2017
  • Application focus: powerful user interfaces using ReactJS / Angular.
  • Strengthening the web marketing team with project managers for industrial and SME customers.

  • Extended test offer: Integration and development of a high-performance loyalty program for large online and offline shops on an open source basis.

  • Launch of our own development office in Dnipro, Ukraine. Strengthening our existing developer capacities.
  • New software cluster opens in Porto, Portugal. Focus: Independent, customised Digital Asset Management software for international sales organisations.

  • Oxid hosting: Individual and preconfigured hosting packages for shop systems based on Oxid eShop technology.
